SICK Dx50-2 เป็นเซนเซอร์วัดระยะทางระยะกลาง (Mid-range Distance Sensors) คุณภาพสูงจากแบรนด์ SICK (Germany) ออกแบบมาเพื่อวัดระยะทางที่มีความแม่นยำและความเร็วสูงในงานอุตสาหกรรม โดยพัฒนาต่อยอดจากตระกูล Dx50 ด้วยเทคโนโลยีการวัดแบบ HDDM+ (High Definition Distance Measurement) ที่ช่วยให้วัดค่าได้อย่างเสถียร ทนทานต่อสัญญาณรบกวน และตรวจจับวัตถุได้ทุกสภาพพื้นผิว

จุดเด่นและคุณสมบัติหลัก (Key Features)

• เทคโนโลยีการวัด HDDM+: ใช้หลักการวัดระยะทางด้วยเวลาในการเดินทางของแสงเลเซอร์ (Time-of-Flight) ซึ่งส่งพัลส์เลเซอร์ถี่หลายพันครั้งเพื่อให้ได้ค่าการวัดที่แม่นยำสูง แม้ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีฝุ่น ควัน หรือแสงรบกวนภายนอกสูงถึง 40,000 lux
  

• ระยะการวัดกว้าง (Measuring Range): ตรวจจับวัตถุทั่วไป (Natural Objects) ได้ไกลสูงสุด 10 – 30 เมตร (ขึ้นอยู่กับค่าความสะท้อนแสงหรือ Remission Factor ของวัตถุ เช่น วัตถุสีดำถึงสีขาว)
  หากใช้งานร่วมกับแผ่นสะท้อนแสง (Reflector) สามารถวัดได้ไกลยิ่งขึ้น,
• ความเร็วและการประมวลผลสูง (High Speed Performance): ให้ความถี่ในการวัดสูงถึง 3,000 ค่าต่อวินาที (3,000 Hz / Output rate) ช่วยให้ตรวจจับวัตถุที่เคลื่อนที่ด้วยความเร็วสูงได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง, มีค่า Response Time ที่รวดเร็วสูงสุดเพียง 0.83 ms
• ความแม่นยำและความเที่ยงตรงสูง: ค่าความซ้ำเดิม (Repeatability) ดีเยี่ยม อยู่ในช่วง 0.5 mm ถึง 5 mm เหมาะกับงาน Position Control
